Afghan Islamic Press reported that Saudi Arabia violated unilateral ceasefire on Yemen hours after the announcement. at the same time Saudi Arabia accuses Houthis, of violating ceasefire.
Houthis were a revolutionary group in Shia regions of Yemen who overturned Mansour Hadi in Jan 2015 over corruption which caused poverty and deep social gap against minorities in Yemen. Mansour Hadi resigned at first place, then he fled to Saudi Arabia and announced himself to be the president of Yemen, though he still lives in Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Arabia started intervention in Yemen in March 2015. Nine other Arab countries with the U.S.A and U.K are helping Saudi Arabia in destroying the historical, beautiful Yemen.
Today, five years of unilateral war of the Saudi coalition in Yemen, only resulted in paralyzing the country with deep rooted poverty, spreading epidemics such as cholera, starvation of more than a million Yemeni children and dropping out school for more than three million Yemeni students, and destroying vital infrastructure and spread of fundamentalism.
Even Corona’s horror could not stop the Saudi coalition from bombing war torn Yemeni cities and villages.
