When the news came about Boris Johnson tested positive with Corona virus a range of reactions of people happened in social media. Some people appeared to be very happy, making jokes around the situation. One or two week before testing positive, Boris Johnson made a statement saying that their is no need for protection or social distancing, mentioning that he shook hand visiting corona patients in hospital.
After the news of himself being corona positive, the jokes were mostly about what a good sense of humor has this virus. Also another statement he made about he prefers to die but not to delay Brexit, was in the center of jokes people were making. Thinking about other countries, because of the stereotypes everyone has in their minds about other people, you might be surprise to see the same happened in Iran or Saudi Arabia.
Aljazeera Arabic posted a report on Facebook page, about King of Saudi Arabia and his crown prince Mohammad Bin Salman, leaving their palace in Riyadh, to spend time in a leisure palace in an island in Red Sea.
Here are some comments of people about it, translated from Arabic to English:
Oh corona, friend of god, long live and don’t forget UAE and our King Mohammad Bin Zayid. Millions of people from Yemen to Syria are affected by their crimes.
Oh god, please don’t let even one of them survive this virus. Please take them all.
Oh, you are escaping the virus to your palaces? This virus has no hesitation raiding the palaces. Look at yourselves.
Oh god, please take them the revenge of us.
This King and his father, and his son and his whole family are corrupted. They committed crimes, they stole, they killed… Take them Corona.
Take to hell all of them.
They think their militants and their golds and their palaces can save them from the virus. That’s where years of arrogance will take you at the end.
I am happily in hope of your second good news that they all died together.
