During shutdown/closure of establishment, employees and workmen are to be given holiday with wages. |
Food:
Maharashtra: One month ration to be provided free of cost Uttar Pradesh: Detailed guidelines issued with respect to distribution and harvest of seasonal crops and to ensure supply of essential items including milk, vegetables, eggs, wheat, cereals, rice, salt, sugar etc. Provisions be made for doorstep delivery of such items. To provide food grains and other essential items free of cost to category of persons belonging to labourers, MNREGA card holders, Antyoday scheme and daily wage workers. Kerala: i. Local Self Governments to start community kitchens at panchayat and municipality ward level (CM stated that nobody would go hungry in the state). ii. Volunteers in protective gear will reach food and medicine if needed, to homes of poor, aged and chronically ill iii. Govt had prioritised the procurement of paddy. Collectors would monitor harvesting activities using machines in the paddy growing districts. They would also ensure that the harvested grain stalks reached rice mills in time for processing iv. Free provisions to all ration cardholders in the state. BPL cardholders would get an additional 35 kgs of rice free next month. Other cardholders including those above the poverty line (APL) and those holding non priority cards would get upto 15 kg of rice free. v. Govt would give free provision kits to those under home quarantine irrespective of their income status. The bags would comprise of rice, wheat, sugar, salt, edible oil, pulses and spices required for a week or month. Maharashtra: Free treatment for any covid 19 positive individual. Payment according to Ayushman Bharat norms. Uttar Pradesh: DMs have been directed to ensure that private hospitals are not closed during lockdown, some hospital staff is always present during such times and directed to tend to patients while practicing social distancing. Kerala: i. One-month extension for the payment of water and electricity bills, and plans to launch restaurants which will provide meals at ₹20/-. ii. Tax relief has been declared to auto-rickshaws and taxis and buses. iii. Local Self Governments in both urban and rural areas, to prioritise on rehabilitation of those sleeping on pavements as well as the destitute. LSGIs also to provide food and ensure personal hygiene and health services to this group. iv. The functioning of PHCs across the state to be extended upto 6 pm v. .Ensure supply of medicines (at the advice of doctors) to those who need to consume medicines on a regular basis, as well as to economically vulnerable patients. vi. Provide counselling to those living in home quarantine, so as to protect their mental well being and to prevent them from feeling isolated. vii. The services of youth volunteers to be made use of at the panchayat level in order to provide food, medicines and other necessities to homes in need of the same as well as for related services. viii. A minimum of ten volunteers to be trained and selected for this purpose in each panchayat, and training to be imparted by Health, Police and Fire & Rescue departments. ix. Govt agencies to give priority to welfare of cancer patients, those requiring dialysis, and also citizens suffering from heart diseases. x. State will bring homeless persons and those who sleep rough on pavements and shop verandahs under its safety net. xi. Local Self Governments to open specialised centers for transgender people who could not provide for themselves xii. Govt would intervene forcefully to curb hoarding and price rise. The govt would seek the help of traders and use the network of the Civil Supplies Corporation and Consumerfed to procure and distribute foodgrains and other provisions. xii. The Kerala State Pharmaceutical Development Corporation could forego tender norms to procure the raw materal required for making hand sanitisers and other common medicines from the open market xiii. Retired doctors would be enlisted in the drive against Covid xiv. Govt decided to make panchayats an essential service during the lockdown. Horticorp would also be made an essential service for the supply of vegetables and fruits. xv. look into the food and accomodation requirements of migrant labourers in the state. Labour Commissioner has sought the help of district collectors in this regard. District Labour Officers to ensure the provision of food and accomodation by coordinating with the LSGs and officials from the health and district administration. The district administration will provide funds for this purpose from the district disaster management funds to the District Labour officers. |

Tests and treatments of corona patients is free from additional charges and the charges stay regular and same as normal situation. People lacking health insurance who come to hospital for treatment will receive health insurance in hospital.

Workers:Companies will be helped to pay the same salary for the time of quarantine. Government returned tax paid in 2019 to people. Rents are reduced for three months.
